Malai Kofta Recipe, Creamy Meat Balls with Olper’s Cream

Malai Kofta Curry or Creamy Meat Balls with Olper’s Cream!! 

Delicious and #OsoSpecial melt in the mouth koftas in a creamy, rich and mild gravy using thick and tasty Olper’s Cream.

Here’s the recipe..
Ingredients:

For Koftaz:

1 kg meat (beef or mutton) 95% lean meat 5% Fat 
2 medium onions (chopped)
4,5 green chillis (chopped)
1 cup roasted grams
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
3 tbs corriander leaves (chopped)
For Curry:

1 large onion (chopped fine) 
½ cup cooking oil
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4,5 green chillis (chopped)
2 tomatos (chopped)
1 cup yogurt
200ml or 1 pack Olper’s Cream
¾ tbsp salt
¾ tbsp red chilli pepper
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 cup water
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp coriander powder
Hand full chopped coriander leaves
4,5 whole green chillis
Method:

Take a large bowl. Add mince, chopped onions and chillis. Grind roasted grams and add in the mince. Add all spices, mix and blend it in a mince processor. Shape into small balls. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

To make the curry, Heat oil, fry onion in oil for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste. Fry for a minute, add green chilliss and then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Add tomato paste, fry till water gets dry. Add yogurt, cook for about 5 to 8 minutes on medium to high heat. Add meat balls one by one. Cook for 5 minutes by adding 1 cup water if necessary. Add cumin powder and corriander powder, mix. Now pour Olper’s Cream and mix. Put copped corriander leaves and whole green chillis. Let it simmer for 5 to10 minutes more. It’s ready to eat.
