How to make sub daal mix aur Chawal

Ingredients
To boil mix dal
Mix lentils/dals (moong dal, toor dal,chana dal, masoor dal(red lentil), urad dal)1 cup
Turmeric1 tsp
Water2 1/2 cup

To make tadka
Oil1 tbsp
Mustard seeds1 tsp
Cumin seeds (jeera)1 tsp
Curry leaves (kadi patta)5 leaves
Green chili1 piece finely chopped
Onion1 cup, chopped
Red chili powder1 tbsp
Coriander powder1 tbsp
Garam masala1 tsp
Ginger1/2 inch piece, grated
Garlic2 cloves, grated
Coriander (Cilantro)1/2 cup chopped
Lemon juice as per the taste (optional)
Salt  taste
Instructions
To boil dal
Mix all dals in equal quantity and rinse thoroughly with water. Soak in 2 1/2 cup of water.
In a pressure cooker put the soaked dal and add some turmeric powder and salt and cook for about 10 min. Keep the boiled dal aside.
To make tadka
In a pan heat oil. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it temper. , dry red chili, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaf, curry leaves and cook for a min .
Add onion and cook for about 3 min and turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, gram masala, grated ginger, grated garlic, chopped green chili and salt to taste.
Cook till all the flavors of spices are blended in onion and tomato.
Add the boiled dals in it and mix well and add some water to it.
The dal fry is ready to serve. Garnish it with chopped green coriander
