Spaghetti: 1 packet
Chicken: Boiled and Crumbled (2 cups)
Cabbage: 1/4 kg (chopped)
Capsicum: 2 (thin chopped)
Carrot: 1 (thin chopped)
Green Chili: 10 to 12
Salt: as per taste
Crushed Black Pepper: 1 tablespoon/as per taste
Chinese Salt: 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
Chili Sauce: 2 tablespoons
Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Eggs: 2 boiled
Ketchup: 1/2 cup (as required)
Oil: 4 to 5 tablespoons
Heat water in a pan, add salt and 1 tablespoon oil.
See if water is heated, add spaghetti and mix and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
As spaghetti is tendered, sift with a colander and pour tap water on boiled spaghetti so that its strands do not stick to each other.
Making Spaghetti Mixture:
Boil chicken and shred into fibers.
Heat oil in a pan, put chicken fibers and stir slightly. Add cabbages and mix.
Add capsicum and green chilies, mix well and fry for a minute. Turn off the stove.
Add Chinese salt, ground black pepper, vinegar, soy sauce and chili sauce and mix well.
Slice boiled egg and add to the mixture. Mix well and add ketchup and mix again. Then add boiled spaghetti and mix finally.
A scrumptious chicken vegetable spaghetti is ready to serve.
