How to make masoor dal ki recipe

• BLACK LENTILS 1 cup
• TURMERIC 1 tsp
• CORIANDER POWDER 1 tbsp
• CHILI POWDER 1 tbsp
• GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 tbsp
• SALT to taste / imli ka pani
• GARLIC CHOPPED 4 Cloves
• OIL 2 tbsp
How to make Kali Masoor ki Daal Makhni

1. Wash 1 cup black whole with lukewarm water. Soak for few minutes.
2. Remove water, cook with 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp chili powder,, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and imli ka pani  as required Cook till tender and then mash the lentils well.
3. Again add lukewarm water and salt to taste.
4.  In a frying pan heat 2 tbsp oil and garlic
5. Add in 4 cloves of crushed garlic.
6. Fry till golden brown.
7. Serve with plain boiled rice.
