How to make Gobi gosht Recipe

Mutton or Beef 1/2 kg
Cauliflower (finely chopped) 1 / Palak /spinach 1
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Finely chopped onion 2
Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander 3 tbsp
Finely chopped long green chilies 4 / 2 tbsp of coriander powder
Oil 1 cup

Method:

Put mutton or beef, when you add water always add hot water, onion, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric , coriander ,  and salt and cook it.
When meat tender, put cauliflower , spinach  and roast it lightly.
Now add ginger and green chilies and simmer it on low flame.
Cauliflower will tender in its own water.
Then roast it slightly, put coriander leaves and serve hot.
