Chicken Vegetable macroni – Spicy and flavourful!
1 pack macaroni (any shape)
½ kg chicken boneless (cut in cubes or strips)
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 carrots (cut in cubes)
1 cup cabbage chopped
1 cup bell pepper (cut in cubes)
½ cup ketchup
2 cups tomato paste (½kg tomatos)
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tbsp salt
½ cup cooking oil
1.5 tbsp oregano leaves
Boil water in a large pot. Salt the water with 1 tbsp or more. It gives flavour to macroni.
Add macroni, stir and cover. Test the pasta by tasting it.
To make sure macroni doesn’t stick together, use some cooking oil and stir well.
Drain the pasta and set it a side.
In a wok heat ½ cup cooking oil in a wok, add 2 tbsp garlic and fry for a minute.
Add chicken and cook on high flame to changes its color, add green chillis and mix. Then add carrot, capsicum and cabbage. Cook on medium for about 2 ,3 minutes to make them saute.
Add spices and sauces. Add oregano and tomato ketchup, mix well, give it 1 min.
Add tomato paste and some water, mix well and cover for 5 minutes. Then add macroni and mix very well.
Cover it again, simmer for 2,3 minute more and serve.
