Frozen kababs – How to freez kababs, preservation proccess.
In Ramadan we have less time to make Sehar o Iftar in these days that is why we prepared enough food items so we can make quickly by thaw them and fry them imediately.
Kababs are the very famous thing in iftar meals. You can make different kind of kababs and freeze them for up to a month. I will tell you how can you prepare chicken shami kababs and freeze them for longer run, with this method your kababs will never be break.
You need things..
1 kg chicken (boiled with ginger garlic paste and shredded)
2 cups gram lentils (boiled)
1 large size onion (chopped)
2 tomatos (chopped)
4,5 green chillis (chopped)
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
butter paper sheet
air tyt ziplock bag
Boil the chicken along with ginger garlic paste, shred the chicken. Boil 1 cup gram lentils, it will turns in 2 cups after boil.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients. Put in the food precessor, blend for some seconds so that it will combine completely.
Make kababs, spread on a butter paper seprately and freez them for 1 hour. After 1 hour take out them and put in ziplock bag and freez again. You can make any kind of kabab, freeze in the same method.
